In order to completely cancel Provide Support service, please send an email with cancellation request to [email protected]
Note! The request should be sent from the email specified in your Account Profile or on Billing / Billing Contact page.
Please include your account name in the email message. For verification purpose we will reply you with a cancellation code which we kindly ask to send back to us to complete the verification.
If you were not satisfied with the quality of our service, its ease of setup or use, professionalism of our customer support team, or encountered any other problem with us, we would be grateful if you provide us with the genuine reason of the cancellation. This will help us improve our service in future.
