Chat messages counter

General

When the chat window is minimized, the number of sent by an agent messages together with the bubble containing the latest text will be displayed next to the chat button image. By default the text bubble has white background and the text is black. However, if the eye catcher is enabled, the bubble will have the same styles which are applied to the eye catcher. The messages counter feature is available only for modern chat window in an embedded mode. Classic chat window and modern chat window in a pop up mode will not have the messages counter displayed next to the chat button.
