Chat Transcripts App

General

Before you start using the chat transcripts app, you need to enable chat transcripts saving. You can do this on the Account Settings / Chat Transcripts Saving page in your account.

Chat transcripts app can be opened the following way:

1.You can click "Open transcripts app" link on your Account Dashboard page. In this case you will log into your transcripts app automatically

2. Or follow https://transcripts.providesupport.com/login link and log into using your account name and account password or the password defined on the Account Settings / Chat Transcripts saving page
