How to send error report to provide support
Error reports option allows sending information about app configuration and network events which can be used for troubleshooting. You can also use this form to send your suggestions which will help us make our agent app better.
To send error report you need to follow Help menu ans elect there "Send Error Report to ProvideSupport" option:
Then you will get the error report form, where you need to do the following:

1.Add the description of your issue or your suggestions
2.Click 'Submit information to Provide Support' button to send the report
