How to purchase custom domain

General

You can purchase a custom subdomain for your live chat directly from your account Control Panel. You can purchase it together with a subscription package or separately. A custom subdomain is provided for one year. It is possible to purchase one or more subdomains. A volume discount is applied if more than one custom subdomain is purchased:

1 domain - $49

2 domains - $94

3 domains - $132

4 domains - $160

5 domains - $175

6+ domains - $30/domain

To start setting up your custom domain you need to purchase this service first. You can do this either while purchasing your subscription package or separately:

1.Follow Purchase page in your account and select a subscription package and a custom domain in "Select additional services" section

2.Or Follow Billing / Purchase page and select a custom domain there

3.Click "Add to Shopping Cart" button

4.Then check the packages and press "Create Invoice" button

5.Submit payment for the invoice. You will be able to proceed with custom domain setup as soon as you pay the invoice

6.After submitting payment you will be forwarded to a payment confirmation screen

7.Now you can proceed with your custom subdomain configuration and setup.

If necessary you can purchase several custom subdomains anytime during your billing period. Your service will not be interrupted and if you already have custom subdomains, they will continue working till their expiration date.
