Regional

The native agent app supports Right-to-Left (RTL) text layout for Eastern languages, e.g. Arabic, Hebrew. You can choose the text layout for the agent app in this tab. Text input and chat history areas will be in RTL mode if Right-to-Left layout is enabled. It is also possible to switch app interface language. The app is available in English, German, Russian and Chinese.

Regional settings tab

To switch the app language, please do the following:

1.On the Regional tab choose your language under 'Choose Language' or follow Tools / Language menu item in your agent app top menu:

2.Restart the operator console - close it with File / Exit and then open again. The language interface will switch after the console restart
