Shift4Shop integration

General

Live chat can be added to the global footer of the Shift4Shop website builder. To proceed with integration you need to do the following:

1.Log into your Provide Support account Control Panel, follow My Account / Chat Button Codes page and copy there "Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images"

2.In Shift4Shop dashboard follow Settings / Design page

3.In the Design section open Header & Footer

4.Ensure that Global footer is enabled

5.In the editor click the <> button to insert the chat button code generated on the step 1

6.After pasting the code click 'OK' button in the editor window

7.Click 'Save' button to save changes in the Global footer

8.Check how the chat button looks on your website
