The following changes have been made in our new Operator Console 5.9.3 (compared to the previous version 5.9.2):
- Redesigned file transfer feature is available in this version of the Operator Console:
- File drag-and-drop is now supported by the message input area
- No more numerous file transfer dialogs, all file transfers are combined into File Transfer Manager now
- File transfer icon in the Console toolbar opens the File Transfer Manager and shows the current transfer progress
- File drag-and-drop is now supported by the message input area
- Improved message input pane now fully supports Microsoft Pinyin for Chinese language
- Issues fixed:
- URLs drag-and-drop to the message input area works well again
- Issue with the visitor counter size in the menu bar icon fixed for MacOS
- Canned responses sorting fixed
- Console minimization to system tray fixed for Windows
