Post Chat Survey is an important part of any live chat system. Using the survey, you can get a feedback about your customer support service quality and efficiency directly from your clients; ask your website visitors to share their impression and suggestions about it.
A set of different Post Chat Survey themes created by our designers is available for you. All of them have the same set of questions asking about the live chat session quality. The survey will be displayed to your clients after the live chat session has been finished or when your client clicks 'Rate Support' button in visitor's popup chat window.
