CentOS

For CentOS the agent app can be installed in two ways: through the installation package or the terminal command line.

Installation from the command line:

1.Run command sudo yum -y install <Agent app link>

2.Enter your root password

3.The agent app will appear in your list of applications

Deinstallation from the command line:

1.Run command sudo yum remove providesupportconsole

2.Enter your root password

3.Confirm application removal by typing "Y"

Installation through the installation package

1.Download the agent app RPM package from the website

2.Click on the downloaded installation package to open the installer

3.Click "Install" button

4.Authenticate yourself as a root

5.Click "Open" to launch the agent app

Start the agent app

Deinstallation of the agent app

To uninstall the agent app, please do the following:

1.Click "Remove" icon for the agent app package
