The installation for Ubuntu works through the command line. Please find the detailed instructions below:
Installation from the command line:
1.Download the agent app application using the command wget <LINK TO THE AGENT APP>
2.Run command sudo apt install <Agent app link>
3.Enter your root password
4.The agent app will appear in your list of applications
Deinstallation from the command line:
1.Run command sudo apt remove providesupportconsole
2.Enter your root password
3.Confirm application removal by typing "Y"
