Chat transcripts export

General

You can export chat transcripts to xlsx or txt files. It is possible to export all filtered chat transcripts or just selected ones. To start export you need to click "Export" button and select the needed option from the list:

2."Export all transcripts to xlsx" - in this case all filtered chat transcripts will be exported to a xlsx file

3."Export selected transcripts to xlsx" - in this case all selected chat transcripts will be exported to a xlsx file

4."Export all transcripts to txt" - in this case all filtered chat transcripts will be exported to a text file

5."Export selected transcripts to txt" - in this case all selected chat transcripts will be exported to a text file

Only visible in transcripts app columns without chat history are exported to Excel file. Chat transcripts with all available information are exported to text file. It is possible to export all filtered or selected chat transcripts to one file or divide them into separate files:
