Provide Support offers different subscription packages. All packages have the same set of features, and differ only by the number of available agent profiles. Agent profile allows one customer support representative to log in and answer customers' calls. It includes different settings such as agent login, password, name, agent picture or photo, welcome message, collection of predefined answers, etc.

Additional services
Custom domain service is an additional service provided for an additional fee. It required configuration from our side, thus once the domain has been configured it cannot be changed. If you want to change a custom domain, you will need to purchase another one.
